Today we embark on a full day of travel to reach our wonderful destination. After spending the night at Casa Moore and having our personal travel assistant drop us off at KCI airport, we find ourselves already spending lots of money on a Starbucks coffee.
In approximately 20 minutes we begin boarding our jet for takeoff to the Mile High City where we stop over and catch the next flight.
Already the layers of responsibility and stress are falling off. Hopefully we will be able to really relax and enjoy this once in a lifetime trip and leave the cares and worries behind. Ok, Jim can do that faster than me. I'll catch up I'm sure of it!!
This is the not-so-exciting part of our trip but it gets us to our destination. Terrie and Kent will arrive in Honolulu about an hour before we do. We will get there at about 8:30 p.m. CST. That will be 3:30 in the afternoon there...might need some 5 hour energy when we get there!!
